Unknown Suspect – FBI requests the public’s assistance

The FBI requests the public’s assistance in identifying the individual responsible for the crimes listed below. On November 17, 2014, a Black male subject entered the Rite Aid on J. Clyde Morris Boulevard in Newport News, Virginia, and approached the pharmacy counter demanding “Oxy”. The subject was wearing a black zip-up sweat shirt, a white shirt, dark pants, black shoes and a white ball cap with a black logo and a flat bill.

On October 26, 2014, a Black male subject entered the CVS on West Mercury Boulevard in Hampton, Virginia, and demanded Oxycodone pills in specific doses from the pharmacist while displaying a handgun in his pocket. The subject was wearing black pants, a gray short-sleeved shirt with a patch on the left sleeve, and a white baseball hat.

On October 10, 2014, a Black male subject entered the CVS on Touchstone Circle in Woodbridge, Virginia, and demanded Oxycodone pills from the pharmacist while exposing a black handgun in his waistband. The subject was wearing a black sweater and a white and red hat.

On October 10, 2014, a Black male subject entered the Rite Aid on South Joyce Street in Arlington, Virginia, and approached the pharmacist, while displaying a black handgun and asking where the Oxycodone pills were kept. The subject was wearing a black long-sleeved sweater with a small product logo on the rear neck area, dark blue jeans, dark sneakers with white trim and red laces, and a white and orange baseball hat.

On September 16, 2014, a Black male subject entered the CVS on Richmond Road in Williamsburg, Virginia, and demanded the store’s supply of Oxycodone while displaying a handgun in his waistband. The subject was wearing a red shirt and a red and white hat.

On August 13, 2014, a Black male subject entered the CVS on Jefferson Davis Highway in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and demanded the store’s supply of Oxycodone while implying he had a weapon. The subject forced his way behind the counter into the pharmacy’s work area and acquired the pills. The subject attempted to acquire Percocet and Xanax without success, but did grab cough syrup on his way out. The subject was wearing a black short-sleeved t-shirt, khaki or tan knee-length shorts, black high-top sneakers, and a black baseball hat with the letter “B” on it and a large sticker on the brim.

On July 26, 2014, a Black male subject entered the CVS on Charter Gate Drive in Mechanicsville, Virginia, approached the pharmacist and displayed a handgun in his waistband. The subject demanded all of the Oxycodone and forced his way behind the counter and systematically gathered Oxycodone and Percocet pills. The subject was wearing a gray and blue shirt, blue pants, dark tennis shoes, and a white ball cap with red lettering.

On July 15, 2014, a Black male subject entered the CVS on Woodman Road in Henrico County, Virginia, and revealed to the pharmacist a black handgun in his waistband while demanding Oxycodone pills and cash from the register. The subject was wearing a yellow jacket and a baseball hat.

In several of these robberies, the subject was observed leaving the premises in a light-colored, possibly white or silver, Dodge Nitro SUV. During the robberies, the suspect always used a white cloth to cover his face. He also had some facial hair.

Reward: The FBI is offering a reward of up to $15,000 for information that will lead to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the subject in this investigation.

Age: 20 to 35 years old

Weight: 150 to 200 pounds

Height: 5’6″ to 6’0″

Build: Average

Sex: Male

Race: Black
